At ZIXY, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, swiftly, and seamlessly. Our logistics network is designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience from order placement to final delivery.

Where We Ship

India

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

International

We ship select products to select international destinations under DTP / DTU (Delivered at Place / Delivered at Terminal Unloaded) terms. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges are payable by the recipient.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • In-stock products: Dispatched within 24–48 business working hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Made-to-order / Personalized products: Dispatched within 7–12 business working days, depending on product design and craftsmanship.

All dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timelines (Post-Dispatch)

Estimated delivery dates are displayed on product pages and at checkout based on your shipping pin code.

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business working days
  • Non-metro & remote locations: 4–8 business working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or festive congestion.

Shipping Charges (India)

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free shipping on all domestic orders

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.

Delays, Exceptions & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet delivery commitments, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Festival or sale season congestion
  • Courier partner constraints

In rare cases where delivery to your location becomes temporarily unserviceable, our support team will proactively contact you to offer alternate delivery solutions or a full refund.

Failed Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

  • If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
  • For COD orders, re-shipment can be arranged upon customer request.
  • Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in COD restriction for future orders to ensure service efficiency.

Address Modification Policy

  • Address changes are permitted only before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, address changes are not guaranteed and depend on courier partner feasibility.

We recommend reviewing your delivery details carefully before placing the order.

International Shipping Policy

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business working days (excluding customs clearance time)
  • Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond our control.
  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

International Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are not currently supported for international orders, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • Such cases are reviewed individually. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
