(Store Credit Program)

At ZIXY, we believe in sustainable luxury and conscious consumption. To support responsible jewellery ownership, we offer an optional buyback program on eligible pieces, allowing customers to refresh their collection while reducing environmental impact.

Buyback Value (Based on Invoice Value / MRP Paid)

After product quality inspection (QC), eligible products qualify for ZIXY Wallet store credit as per the following structure:

Product Age Buyback Value (Store Credit)
0 – 6 months 60% of invoice value
6 – 12 months 40% of invoice value
12 – 24 months 25% of invoice value
Above 24 months 15% of invoice value

Store credit is issued only after successful quality check (QC) and verification.

Eligibility Criteria

This buyback program is applicable only to:

  • ZIXY 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery purchased directly from the official ZIXY website or authorized sales channels
  • Jewellery in good, wearable condition
  • Products returned with original invoice and authenticity card
  • Items without third-party alterations or repairs

Non-Eligible Items

  • Personalized or engraved jewellery
  • Pierced jewellery (earrings, nose pins, studs, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, sale, and final-sale items
  • Products missing original invoice or authenticity documentation

Temporary Ineligibility Clause

  • Jewellery that has undergone Color Care / Re-plating service within the last 90 days is temporarily ineligible for buyback.

Shipping & Handling

  • Customers must ship the product to our service hub using a reliable trackable courier.
  • If the buyback request is rejected after QC and you wish to receive your item back, return shipping charges of ₹99 will apply.

Store Credit Terms (ZIXY Wallet)

  • Store credit is issued within 5 business working days after QC approval
  • Valid for 12 months from issue date
  • Non-transferable & non-encashable
  • Redeemable exclusively on official ZIXY platforms (website, app & authorized brand channels)

Important Notes

  • Buyback valuation is calculated on the original invoice amount paid, not current selling price.
  • Buyback requests are subject to final approval after quality inspection.
  • ZIXY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this program at any time without prior notice.

Note: Currently, this program applies only to 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery. If ZIXY introduces solid silver, diamond, or fine jewellery collections, separate buyback terms will be announced.
