At ZIXY, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we are here to help make the process smooth, transparent, and hassle-free.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns: Within 5 business working days of delivery
  • Exchanges: Within 10 business working days of delivery

Requests raised beyond this window will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original ZIXY jewellery box/pouch, tags, invoice, and any complimentary gifts must be intact
  • Return requests must be placed from the original delivery address

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized / personalized / engraved jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale, clearance & "final price" items (eligible for exchange or store credit only – no refunds)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear

⚠ If an incorrect ring size / metal type / variant is ordered by the customer, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange. However, we may offer resizing or replacement at an additional charge, subject to feasibility.

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • 2–3 clear product photos
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged / missing / incorrect items)

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • We provide reverse pickup service for most pin codes in India.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship using a reliable trackable courier.

💰 Self-ship reimbursement: Up to ₹100 against valid courier receipt.

Fees & Refund Processing

  • Return handling fee: ₹99 (deducted from refund) to cover reverse logistics & quality checks

(Waived if the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped by us.)

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI / bank transfer

Refund Timeline (TAT)

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business working days after successful quality check (QC).

(Bank processing time may take an additional 2–7 working days.)

Exchange Policy

  • Replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and approve the returned item via quality check (QC).
  • You will be notified via SMS / Email / WhatsApp once your exchange order is shipped.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damage, Missing Item & Tampering Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or tampered package, please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery.

📹 Mandatory: Clear unboxing video showing:

  • Sealed package
  • Opening of parcel
  • Product condition
  • Outer shipping label

If verified, we will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund, as applicable.

Packaging Guidelines for Returns

To ensure safe transit:

  • Use the original ZIXY jewellery box/pouch + outer protective packaging
  • Include invoice and any complimentary items
  • Secure the package properly

⚠ Poor or insufficient packaging that results in damage may invalidate the return or refund claim.

Offer & Combo Purchase Policy

  • For combo / bundle / BOGO offers, partial returns are refunded as ZIXY Wallet credit only.
  • Full returns of all items in the offer follow the standard refund policy.
