Customer Responsibility:

  • Two-way shipping charges
  • Safe and secure packaging for transit

Service Process:

  • ZIXY will arrange product pickup from your location
  • Once plating is completed, the jewellery will be shipped back to you
  • Shipping charges are payable by the customer

Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty applies only to plating and manufacturing defects and does not cover:
